Enhancements

• The welcome screen on the terminal now updates every hour, instead of every four hours.
• Terminal IDs are now always in uppercase.
• Payter Administration can now fetch a single CPO location.

Issues resolved

• Fixed an issue where a conflicting terminal configuration with a missing tariff ID made the service loop and use excessive CPU.
• Fixed a role mix-up in the payment module.
